Today was the first back to work after a long weekend, but I wasn't quite ready to completely buckle down so I convinced (it wasn't that difficult, haha) my co-worker to go to Taco Cabana with me for lunch. I mean really, who couldn't resist getting out and away from your cubicle and flouresent lights to get a bit of fresh air and sun? It was another gorgeous day with cooler temps and not a cloud in sight, and I happen to be a fan of days like this. I've also found that dressing nice and putting myself together a little bit helps me to be in better spirits. How does it go, "you look good, you feel good"? Even just wearing a new perfume or lip gloss and make you put a little pep in your step. You have my permission to try it. In the meantime, I'm getting myself back in the gym because I've slacked off for the last week! Have a good 4-day week everyone!
