Glam Kitchen | Mini Apple Pies

I've been wanting to make some sort of pie for the last couple of weeks, so naturally I searched Pinterest for a good recipe.  I found this recipe (here) for mini apple pies that looked so cute and simple to make.  I went to the grocery store to gather the ingredients, and made this Sunday afternoon.  I'll be eating these for breakfast and dessert for the next couple of days, haha!  Enjoy!

{Ingredients: apples, pie crusts, flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, mixing bowl, muffin sheet, mason jar lid, measuring cup; for measurements follow recipe (here)}
 {Peel + slice apples into small cubes}
{Mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar until all apple cubes are coated evenly}
{Use the lid of a mason jar to cut the dough for the top and bottom of the pies. Fill each pie with the apple mix}
{Fill each cup with apple mix, and top each with a drop of butter}
{Cover each pie with dough on top...I ran out of dough so after I took this photo I found a frozen pie crust in my freezer softened it a bit in the microwave and covered the rest of the pies}

Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 18-22 minutes.

These are SO delicious, can't wait to make this recipe again!
