SHRIMP AND SAUSAGE JAMBALAYA

If you need a break from turkey leftovers, this shrimp and sausage jambalaya is a great alternative.  I found this recipe a few years ago and immediately fell in love with it.  It's really easy to make and is a delicious Winter meal.  It does take a while to prepare and cook, but after it's done you'll be so glad you stuck with it.  I'd lost my original recipe, so of course I turned to Pinterest to locate the recipe again and found this one.  Of course, if you can always swap out the kielbasa for turkey sausage, and add in any a few extra seasonings to your liking (I also used a bit of rosemary and paprika).  I hadn't originally planned to share this recipe on here, so unfortunately I didn't snap any step by step pictures.  However, the recipe here does a pretty good job of step by step instructions and pictures to follow along with.  I hope you try it and enjoy it as much as I did!
